SATISFACTION

memoPRINT guarantees your satisfaction with the workmanship of your product. On the off chance your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us via memoPRINT customer support within 7 days of receipt. We will do our best to quickly resolve any issue.

Please understand that memoPRINT does not provide refunds or cancel orders, and except for the cases expressly described in this return policy (i.e., your product with a serious manufacturing defect or a defect in workmanship), memoPRINT cannot otherwise accept returns.

Please note that each product you order from us is individually made by memoPRINT on a variety of state-of-the art production equipment. There may be minor differences across different prints of the same products and/or across products printed, including, but not limited to, slight variances in color fidelity and binding type. These are considered normal manufacturing fluctuations as equipment and material being replaced and optimized over time to stay ahead with technology and provide the best product to you. While we work very hard to keep our product as consistent as possible, this variation is to be expected occurrence and is not considered a manufacturing defect or a defect in workmanship and does not qualify for a reprint. Keep your memories! Our products are of the highest quality standards. However, materials used are fine paper and other - mostly organic - substrates such as leather, cloth, and the like. Such precious materials must be protected from humidity, heat and must be handled with great care. The kind of care that you would apply to other special things in your life. Therefore, in order to keep enjoying the most beautiful memories; always keep the products protected in a cool and dry place and handle them with the utmost care.

memoPRINT does not proof, edit, or change your content in any way.

This means that it is your responsibility to review your product before you order:

• Avoid typos, grammar, unfinished text, or other text errors

• Avoid low-resolution images that may appear blurry in print

• Review design issues, including product format, organization, style, color, and page layout

• Review any other creative choices you made while editing that you want to redo.
