The online preview is only for effective online sharing purposes and may sometimes look blurry depending on the quality of your images, the real product will be MUCH, MUCH better; to save loading time for the user - PREVIEWs are in quite limited resolution; all memoPRINT products are produced in stunning unmatched quality!

you can order any even page count between min. and max. number of pages for memoBOOKs and memoALBUMs; For example, you can order 20 - 22 - 24 - 26 - ... and so on during the creation process, you can always add or delete pages!
The main difference lies in the kind of pages (material of pages). memoBOOKs are made of wonderfully smooth photo printing paper; memoALBUMs are made of a unique type of composite page; photo printing paper is laminated on other environmentally friendly carrier materials to provide for stiffness, durability and a complete lay-flat look
Yes, sure; you can use your own page designs for any of our products! Use your complete photo book page designs or even complete two page spreads for y9our photo book. Or import your complete greeting cards or business cards designs. You can also upload your scrapbook designs and make a photo book at memoPRINT. Just make sure that you have the best possible quality design files and any formats that we accept (JPG, PNG, ...).
Yes, you can go to your "MY orders"- page to check the status of your order; following tracking points for your order will be indicated:
- AWAITING PAYMENT (if anything went wrong with your payment > please "VIEW" your order and repeat the payment process
- IN PRODUCTION (we are busy making your unique products)
- SHIPPED (your product left our factory by courier service)
- COMPLETED (you have received your products)
Unfortunately not, once you have placed an order, we immediately start production in order to provide a speedy service. Pls. check your product (photo quality, spelling, layout, ..) carefully before you order.
Yes, you can! when you click "ORDER", your products will appear in the "SHOPPING CART" you can order a few photo books, albums, customized greeting cards, etc. in one order. once you are done, you just order what's in your cart - simply follow the online order and payment process.
We work only with carefully selected courier services such as FEDEX of SF they ensure that - your products are properly tracked, insured and delivery is guaranteed!
